Can I have voicemail messages sent to my email address?
Answer
Our MAXcore platform allows for voicemail messages to be sent to your email address. When enabled, you can receive an email with an attached .wav file containing the voicemail message.
To enable email notification for voicemail, sign into the MAXcore web portal
- Press the Extensions button on the left navigation panel
- Select your extension
- Select the voicemail tab
- Enable Email Notify
- Select Primary User. You may also select Custom which allows you to specify an email address
- Press Save
