How can I update the PIN to my voicemail?

Answer

Your voicemail PIN must be 5-digits long and cannot contain more than two repeating numbers or numbers in numerical order.

To change your voicemail PIN, sign into the MAXcore Web Portal

1. Press the Visual Voicemail button on the Home screen
2. Scroll down to Change Voicemail Password section
3. Enter a 5-digit PIN in the New Password field and Password Confirmation fields
4. Click the Update button
